James Tilbury is a climate specialist at the Boston Consulting Group and a founding director of EnergyLab, Australia's largest climate tech accelerator and investor network. He also runs a climate tech angel fund and advises other accelerators in the circular economy and ocean impact space. Previously James worked as a researcher at the University of Oxford and as a climate change consultant at EY. He holds an engineering degree from QUT and a masters in environmental change and management from Oxford, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar.
